Crash Into You (Pushing the Limits #3)

Crash into You - Katie McGarry

From acclaimed author Katie McGarry comes an explosive new tale of a good girl with a reckless streak, a street-smart guy with nothing to lose, and a romance forged in the fast lane

The girl with straight As, designer clothes and the perfect life-that's who people expect Rachel Young to be. So the private-school junior keeps secrets from her wealthy parents and overbearing brothers...and she's just added two more to the list. One involves racing strangers down dark country roads in her Mustang GT. The other? Seventeen-year-old Isaiah Walker-a guy she has no business even talking to. But when the foster kid with the tattoos and intense gray eyes comes to her rescue, she can't get him out of her mind.

Isaiah has secrets, too. About where he lives, and how he really feels about Rachel. The last thing he needs is to get tangled up with a rich girl who wants to slum it on the south side for kicks-no matter how angelic she might look.

But when their shared love of street racing puts both their lives in jeopardy, they have six weeks to come up with a way out. Six weeks to discover just how far they'll go to save each other.

"Each tattoo represents the only happy memories I've had. And you, Rachel, you're the happiest."

There are no words to explain just how incredibly excited I am to have this book in my hands. I have been an enormous Katie McGarry fan from when I got an eARC of her debut novel, Pushing the Limits. Since then I have been dying to read everything that she writes. When reading the first book in this phenomenal series, Pushing the Limits, I fell in love with Isaiah and I have been dying to get my hands on his story and see him get the happy ending that he definitely deserved. Well I can honestly say that Katie McGarry pulled it out of the bag and did not disappoint at all. Crash Into You was everything I wanted and more. It was fantastic.

Rachel's life should be perfect. She has the perfect family and goes to the best Private School money could buy. But her life is anything but. Keeping her secrets from her family, even her twin brother is taking its toll and Rachel just wants to get away. With a need for speed she races away in her Mustang. Enter Isaiah. He is everything that Rachel should be afraid of. Typical bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks covered in tattoos. But she isn't. Embarking on a dangerous and thrilling journey and feeling the need to speed draws the unlikely couple together... but as they try to race away from their secrets sparks start to fly. Can they make it through the danger lurking together... and even more important alive?

Crash Into You was everything I cold have wanted and more. I have been dying to read Isaiah's story for what feels like forever. I loved Isaiah in Pushing the Limits and man my heart just hurt for him all the way through Pushing the Limits and Dare You To. I am so happy to say that Isaiah's is the story that I loved the most. It was utter perfection and Katie McGarry has once again proven herself as a fantastic author in this genre. There is nobody better at YA Contemporary than Katie and it has been proven once again with Crash Into You. It's addictive and moving and I couldn't put the book down until I had devoured the entire thing.

Rachel was such a great character. When we were first introduced to her I wasn't sure how it would work with Isaiah as they are so different but that is the magic of Katie's books. Showing us the unlikely and the different and showing us how it can work. I loved that Rachel has her own problems and was strong enough to handle them. A lot of YA heroines need to lean on someone else to be able to handle their problems but Rachel was super strong and the more I read about her the more I adored her.

Isaiah... oh my Isaiah how happy I am to have finally read your story. I already loved Isaiah from the moment I met him in Pushing the Limits and then even though I adored Ryan with Beth my heart just hurt for him in Dare You To. Crash Into You made me love Isaiah even more. He is just the sweetest, perfect guy. And did I mention he has tattoos? Man I can't resist a super hot tattooed guy. I fell head over heels in love with him even more and he has claimed one of the top spots in my heart as one of my top book boyfriends. I just adore him!

Crash Into You was without a doubt one of the best books I have read this year. I absolutely loved every single second of it. I just couldn't put it down and ended up reading the whole thing in one sitting. Katie McGarry has cemented her place as one of my 'auto-buy' authors. It doesn't matter what she writes about just knowing she has wrote it is enough fro me to buy and read it. Yeah I adore her that much.

One thing I adored about Crash Into You is that I fell in love with pretty much all of the smaller characters. Rachel's brothers were just awesome. I cannot wait to read West's story. Don't know who West is... don't worry YOU WILL! I loved him in this book and I can't wait to see what he gets up to in Take Me On. I am also keeping my fingers crossed that we get an Ethan and Abbi novella or novel as I loved them both so much. Crash Into You was fantastic and is a must-read for everyone. Go get it now!

"Maybe this is what happens when you fall in love. On the outside a lighter is nothing amazing, but it holds all the ingredients that can create something wonderful. With a few pushes in the right direction, you can inspire something so brilliant that it pushes back the darkness."
