I was so excited when this book finally got released. I absolutely loved the first two installments in this series and both were so emotional and heartfelt I couldn't wait to read the conclusion of the series and didn't really know what to expect. After the ending of Linger I really couldn't think of a way that Maggie could wrap up the series but she did an amazing job.

At first I really couldn't get into the book but I'm pretty sure that's because it had been so long since I'd read this series and couldn't really remember some of the things that happened. Once I had been and got Linger off my shelf and skimmed through it I started to love Forever, which I was really glad about.

This instalment is definitely the most emotional of the series and I had to wait until today to write the review because it was such an emotional rollercoaster I couldn't even think straight. I think this is definitely my favourite of the series.
As always I fell head-over-heels for Sam all over again. All the way through I just wanted to hug him and tell him that everything would be alright. I thought the characters really grew in this book and I loved Cole.
I love how from Linger to Forever Cole has changed so much, he went from bad boy who didn't really care about anything especially whether he lived or died to seeing the love between Sam and Grace and doing everything in his power to find a cure so that they could be together.

One of this things I love about this series is that you sort of have two love stories going on. You have the main love story that started in Shiver between Grace and Sam but then in Linger we were given the perspective of Isabelle and Cole and how they start to feel about each other.

To be honest, I really wasn't looking forward to reading the ending, I really wanted a great ending and had heard from others that the didn't like the ending and that they were disappointed with it. For me this wasn't the case at all. I loved the ending.
A lot of endings of series are completely set in stone, this is the end, this is what happened no questions asked. I loved that the ending of Forever was open and that it hinted what was going to happen and the reader was left to make their own interpretation of that. I have no doubts in my mind that people will have different interpretations and have a different perspective of what happened and that's what I love about it.
To me it was the perfect ending to Sam and Grace's story and I was very happy with the ending.

However I feel like there is so much more of a story there for Isabelle and Cole, I was a little disappointed with their ending but it wasn't their story. I would love to read more about them. What happened to them both after Sam and Grace's ending? Even if it was just a single book to tie up their ends and not a full series I would love it.

Overall, I loved this book, definitely my favourite in the series and this is a series I will read over and over again.
I can't wait to read Maggie's other books, she is definitely one of my favourite authors and I praise her for her amazing story and amazing wrap up.
