Divinely Ruined

Divinely Ruined (Entangled Ever After) - Diane Alberts

She finally meets a decent man–after she’s oath-bound never to touch men again!

Rebecca’s life sucked before she became an angel. Crappy apartment, awful jobs, abusive boyfriends–it was no wonder she jumped at the chance to escape it all and become a real live angel. The problem is Rebecca’s not very angelic, and she’ll have to do more to earn her wings than end her love affair with the word f–er, frick.

Especially when she’s assigned to save single father Tony Weis, whose less-than-pure thoughts wreak hell on a telepathic angel’s nerves. It’s all Rebecca can do to keep her hands off him…but when she loses her memory injuring herself to save Tony’s daughter, now it’s Tony’s turn to be her angel and care for her. But will Tony’s devotion tempt her from her angelic path, even if it means being human again?

"It had never bothered him, but now the empty apartment seemed to swallow him whole, too quiet without her warm presence nearby."

When I was offered the chance to review Divinely Ruined for Entangled Publishing I jumped at the chance. After reading Diane's previous romance title, On One Condition I could not wait to read more from her. To hear she had not only another book coming out but a paranormal one at that I could not wait to read it. I was not disappointed at all. I loved this book.

Rebecca has always had a terrible life, orphaned and never known real love she jumps at the chance to become an Angel and make a difference to other people's lives. But when her first charge is a broken man struggling to provide for his daughter Rebecca sees the good side to human life and it tempted by this man and the thought of a happy family. Is being an angel really what Rebecca wants? Or is it a happy human family that she has been longing for all her life?

I really loved this book. It was to be expected after how much I loved Diane's other books and now I am certain there is nothing she can write that I will not love. Her writing style is amazing and you just get sucked in from the first page. Both books of hers I have read I have read in one sitting because I literally could not put them down they were so good. Her characters are incredible and you really feel for them and want everything to work out so badly.

Rebecca is such an incredible character that everyone will love. She's got such a horrid past but she keeps moving on. The main think I loved was the confusion she had between what she knew was right and what her heart was telling her. I loved how she knew she shouldn't want this human family as she wanted to become an angel but how her feelings told her the complete opposite. Hers and Tony's relationship was just increidble. They fought all the time but I wanted them together so bad I refused to stop reading until it happened.

This is another of Diane's amazing stories and I cannot wait to see what she comes up with next. I am determined to now backtrack and buy and read all of her books because I just love them. I think they are amazing and I love them so much.
If you want an amazing short paranormal romance then this is the book for you. Incredible!
